Our Rosé Balsamic Vinegar is made from Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes and has many of the qualities we love in a good rosé wine – both tart and sweet with notes of crabapple, watermelon, raspberry, and strawberry.
This vinegar makes a wonderful vinaigrette. Combine equal parts of the vinegar with one of our Perfect Pairings from above, shake well, and use immediately. It’s also great on a charcuterie board or drizzled over cheese and is an AllSpice favorite for seafood.
