Sometimes called Montreal seasoning, or Canada seasoning, Quebec seasoning livens up the flavor of grilled chicken, pork, or seafood.
Quebec poultry seasoning is wonderful for those days when you're in a hurry, or [gasp] didn't plan ahead, but it's beautiful outside and you still want something tasty from the grill. Make a paste with a bit of our lemon or lime olive oil, and rub the Quebec poultry seasoning all over the chicken, grill and enjoy!
One cook even recommends pouring a touch of Scotch or Bourbon over the chicken before sprinkling the poultry with Quebec seasoning. The alcohol will evaporate during the roasting, and will leave behind a lovely flavor.
