This honey is 100% pure raw honey produced right here in central Iowa. You will notice that the color of the honey varies because our honey is raw and non-homogenized (meaning we don't mix it together in bulk tanks for a homogeneous product), and our bees are foraging on a variety of floral sources in Central Iowa.
