Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 28 oz. Bag Ore-Ida Mini Tater Tots (Frozen)
1 12 oz. Bag Frozen Vegetables
2 C. Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 10.5 oz. Cans of Campbells Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
-
2 tsp. Five Onion Dip Seasoning
-
1 tsp. Mustard, Yellow Ground
-
1/4 tsp. Garlic, Roasted Granulated
-
Sea Salt, Fine (To Taste)
-
Black Pepper, Fine Ground (To Taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown and drain ground beef.
Mix together browned ground beef, soup, mixed vegetables, and spices. Spread evenly in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cover the mixture with the shredded cheese, then spread the tater tots across the top.
Note: Some folks like to get fancy and arrange these neatly - Andy does not. He recommends spreading them as evenly as possible so they don't overlap, but says, "Don't go wild with it."
Bake for 35 minutes or until tater tots are crispy. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.
Recipe Note
Use your favorite brand/mixture of frozen veggies. If you can't find cream of chicken and mushroom soup, substitute a can of each.
