Spiced Roasted Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 Bananas

4 tsp. Apple Pie Spice Blend

1/8 tsp. Cloves, Ground
1 Tbsp. Butter (Cut Into Small Pieces)
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 1/2 C. Whole Milk
2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract, Tahitian

1/4 tsp. Sea Salt, Fine
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice Bananas into 1/2-inch pieces. Toss the slices with brown sugar, spices, and butter in a 2 quart baking dish. Bake for 40 mins; stir once while bananas are cooking.
Transfer banana mixture and sugary syrup from the baking dish into a blender. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Puree until mixture is smooth.
Chill banana/milk mixture for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator, before transferring to an ice cream freezer. Process per manufacturer’s instructions until just frozen.
