Ingredients
-
½ C. Roasted Sesame Oil
-
2 Tbsp Shichimi Seven Flavor Blend
-
¼ C. CinSoy Soy Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic (Peeled and Smashed)
Juice from ½ Lime
-
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
4 Pork Chops (1” Thick)
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except the pork chops) in a bowl, whisking to fully incorporate.
Arrange the pork chops in a shallow dish, then pour the marinade over the chops and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (and up to 8 hours). Rotate the chops occasionally so all surfaces are covered with the marinade.
Remove the pork chops from the marinating dish and grill for 4 minutes per side over medium heat, or until the internal temperature of the chop reaches 145°F. Serve immediately.
