Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken, Boneless, Skinless
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

2-4 Tbsp. Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
1/4 C. Butter, Melted
3/4 C. Chicken Stock
Buns or Sliced White Bread
Ranch Dressing
Sliced Pickles

Directions
Arrange chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning (use 2-4 Tbsp., depending on how spicy you'd like the chicken to be), melted butter, and chicken stock until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
Cook the chicken on low for 4-6 hours.
Remove chicken from the slow cooker and place in a bowl. Shred with forks. Add 1/8 to 1/4 C. of the leftover cooking liquid - just enough to keep the chicken from drying out.
Serve the spicy shredded chicken on warm buns or white bread topped with a drizzle of ranch dressing and sliced pickles.
