Ingredients

For the Shrimp Seasoning:

1 Tbsp. Runamok Hot Honey
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Sea Salt, Fine
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb. Raw Shrimp, Shelled

For the Honey-Lemon Sauce:

2 Tbsp. Runamok Hot Honey
1 tsp. Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed

Directions

Combine one tablespoon of Runamok Hot Honey, minced garlic, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Gently toss the shrimp to coat, cover, and refrigerate for an hour.
Stir together the remaining two tablespoons of Runamok Hot Honey with the lemon juice and set aside.
Preheat the grill or broiler. Set the shrimp near the flame and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until slightly charred. Remove from heat and drizzle with honey-lemon sauce.
