Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef (80% or Leaner)
1/4 C. Yellow Onion, Finely Minced
1/2 C. Bread Crumbs
1/4 C. Milk
1 Egg

1 Tbsp. Homestyle Meatloaf Seasoning

2 tsp. Italian Seasoning Blend

2 tsp. Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl – your (clean) hands are the best tool. Let mixture rest for 20-30 minutes, which will help the flavor develop.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and brush with olive oil or cooking spray.
Shape mixture into roughly 20 1 1/2” meatballs and place on prepared sheet pan, leaving at least 1” between each meatball.
Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F and the meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
Serve in a red sauce over pasta or use to make meatball subs.
