Crazy for Coconut Snack Mix

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Runamok Cardamom-Infused Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp. Coconut Extract

1/2 tsp. Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
3 C. Corn Chex Cereal
1/2 C. Macadamia Nuts
1 C. Coconut Chips
Pandanus Crispy Coconut Rolls

1/2 tsp. Citric Acid Powder
Directions
Heat oven to 250°F. In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut extract, vinegar, and coconut oil.
Gradually stir in cereal and macadamia nuts and mix until evenly coated.
Evenly spread mixture onto a large cooking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Before the last 15 minutes, add the coconut chips and coconut rolls.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then sprinkle the citric acid powder over the mixture and stir to coat. Serve.
