This chocolate chip cookie is a great, dairy-free alternative to the standard chocolate chip cookie. Make sure to choose a dairy-free chocolate chip if you'd like these to be 100% dairy-free cookies.

Ingredients

3/4 C. Roasted Walnut Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract, Mexican
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
3/4 C. Granulated Sugar
2 1/4 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Sea Salt, Fine
12 oz. Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine roasted walnut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Blend until well combined and creamy.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Slowly blend this mixture into the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop large spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
