Ingredients
3 C. Old Fashioned Oats
1 C. Brown Sugar

2 tsp. Cinnamon, Saigon Ground
2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Sea Salt, Fine
2 Eggs
1 C. Whole Milk
½ C. Butter
-
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract, Mexican
¾ C. Dried Raisins, Cranberries, or a Combination
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Melt butter, then beat in butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Finally, fold in the dried raisins or cranberries.
Spread into a 9x9 baking dish, then bake until golden brown, about 40-45 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with steamed milk or fresh yogurt.
