Spotlight Spice: Truffled Parmesan Rub

It’s National French Fry Day, which makes it the perfect opportunity to highlight one of our favorite french fry toppings, our Truffled Parmesan Rub!

Rich, umami flavor from black truffle infused salt is combined with flavorful, almost nutty parmesan cheese and other herbs and spices to create this decadent blend. Try sprinkling it on your french fries, popcorn, garlic bread, and pasta dishes. Or whip a bit in to your next batch of mashed potatoes – no need for gravy!
